CyDeploy uses machine learning to observe and record critical applications and systems, then creates replica digital twins for testing before live deployment. The system captures user interactions and screen activity and applies models to interpret and automatically label behaviors, with a customer's system administrator verifying labels to prevent hallucinations. Customers run functional test scripts inside the digital twin to identify issues prior to applying patches to production, accelerating test-script creation and reducing operational risk. Customers can choose an on-premises CyDeploy large language model to keep data internal or opt for external models such as OpenAI with data leaving company systems.
