Spyrosoft AdTech appointed Piotr Banaszczyk as chief executive officer and Tomasz Chmielewski as chief operating officer, effective January 2026. Both executives previously worked together for over a decade at Clearcode (now part of Avenga), where they also served as CEO and COO.
