Greenpeace UK's co-executive director stated that routine arrests of protesters without subsequent charges amount to an abuse of powers and an assault on the right to protest.
Four major organizations are campaigning to restore the right to protest, urging the home secretary to reverse anti-protest measures enacted since 2022.
