Who is one card away from suspension in the Premier League?
"A number of Premier League players are one yellow card away from picking up a one-match suspension. Footballers in the top-flight receive a one-match ban for accumulating five yellow cards in their side's first 19 matches. After 19 games, the ban moves to 10 yellow cards. Players receiving 10 yellow cards prior to the conclusion of the 32nd game receive a two-match suspension. Should any players receive 15 yellow cards in a season, they will acquire a three-match suspension."
"Alex Jimenez (Bournemouth) Andre (Wolves) Bernardo Silva (Manchester City) Carlos Baleba (Brighton) Casemiro (Manchester United) Conor Bradley (Liverpool) Daniel Munoz (Crystal Palace) Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool) Ethan Ampadu (Leeds) Gianluigi Donnarumma (Manchester City) Granit Xhaka (Sunderland) James Garner (Everton) Joao Gomes (Wolves) Kevin Schade (Brentford) Kyle Walker (Burnley) Mats Wieffer (Brighton) Nathan Collins (Brentford) Neco Williams (Nottingham Forest) Noah Sadiki (Sunderland) Patrick Dorgu (Manchester United) Riccardo Calafiori (Arsenal) Tim Iroegbunam (Everton) Tyler Adams (Bournemouth)"
Premier League players face automatic match bans based on cumulative yellow cards. A five-yellow-card total within a side's first 19 matches triggers a one-match suspension. After 19 games the threshold moves to ten yellow cards for a ban, and receiving ten yellow cards before the conclusion of the 32nd game attracts a two-match suspension. Reaching 15 yellow cards in a season results in a three-match ban. Multiple players across clubs are one yellow card away from suspension and several have already been suspended. Six players have picked up yellow card suspensions so far, four of those suspensions have already been served.
