"We lost a bit of the structure for 10-15 minutes. But it was nice that we came back."
"Of course we wanted to win to go straight into the last 16. Now we have the playoff games, we accept it. But again, I thought the young players played well today. It was a good experience for them."
Crystal Palace drew 2-2 with KuPS at Selhurst Park to secure a two-legged Conference League playoff place rather than automatic last-16 qualification. Christantus Uche put Palace ahead early, but Piotr Parzyszek and Ibrahim Cisse turned the game after half-time. KuPS defender Clinton Antwi was sent off for a wild lunge, and Justin Devenney equalised with 15 minutes remaining. Oliver Glasner made 11 changes and handed senior debuts to three academy graduates, praising the youngsters' performance and calling the experience valuable. Glasner indicated the club is on track to pursue additions in the January window.
