Leeds United captain Ethan Ampadu will be out for at least 10 weeks due to a serious knee ligament injury sustained during a match against Coventry City.
According to Leeds boss Daniel Farke, doctors have advised conservative treatment for Ampadu's lateral ligament injury, which means he won't require surgery.
Farke stated that while it's hard to set a precise timeline, Ampadu is expected to return to training in December, aiming to be back in January.
The injury occurred in the first half of a 3-0 victory over Coventry City, where Ampadu came off in the 41st minute.
