Starting with a group stage of 15 groups of three teams each, the Leagues Cup 2024 format follows with knockout rounds until only two teams remain for the final. The tournament is regionally divided into East and West, with the reigning champions getting a bye to the Round of 32.
The Leagues Cup continues its 'No Ties' format from the previous year, ensuring decisive outcomes. In case of a draw after normal time, teams will proceed to a penalty shootout, with the shootout winner earning an additional point.
