He described the separation between Robins and Viveash as a 'divorce' and emphasized that Robins's decision followed a noticeable decline in performance after the FA Cup semi-final.
King noted that the club's aim to appoint an 'elite tactical coach' remains unfulfilled, along with the changes in coaching staff initiated by Robins.
