Nick Woltemade is reportedly closing a move from VfB Stuttgart to Newcastle United for a fee of €85m plus €5m in add-ons, with a medical scheduled on Friday. It seems a little surprising that only FC Bayern were so heavily invested in the number 11 of Stuttgart throughout much of the summer transfer window. Nick Woltemade is, of course, far from the finished product at 23 years of age. However, he's already showcased enough in the way of qualities to warrant the interest of elite clubs in his services.
