Chelsea dominated possession but lacked creative spark and failed to convert chances despite introducing Sam Kerr early in the second half. Everton defended resolutely, goalkeeper Courtney Brosnan made key saves, and the visitors cleared two stoppage-time attempts off the line. Sandy Baltimore struck the crossbar in a dramatic finale. Everton earned their first league win since the opening weekend.
