I've worked at numerous clubs with numerous different budgets, which has helped shape how I am now.
I've won some, I've lost some, I've won league titles. Some managers and players go through their entire career without winning anything so I'm quite fortunate.
Winning league titles with Liverpool is going to be my main highlights.
When I went in at Bristol City on an interim basis, working with these younger players, it was eye opening.
