Tim Krul enjoyed a long career at the top of English football and featured at the 2014 FIFA World Cup. He made 430 appearances over 20 years, debuting for Newcastle at 17 in a UEFA Cup win over Palermo. Krul grew up an Ajax fan after attending Ajax vs PSV at age six and counted Edwin van der Sar as a mentor and teammate during a loan spell at Ajax.
