Briefly

"When we heard about the run in Sacramento, we thought, 'Why doesn't somebody do that here?' Then we realized, maybe somebody was us," said Carl Guardino, highlighting the inception of the Silicon Valley Turkey Trot.
"The Turkey Trot has grown into a beloved tradition that brings together the community each Thanksgiving morning, raising funds for local charities and promoting health and family bonding."
"The joy of participating isn’t just about the race; it’s about coming together as a community, seeing families in creative costumes, and celebrating gratitude together,” said Guardino.
"We’re thrilled to celebrate 20 years of this amazing event, where more than 20,000 individuals unite to support great causes while enjoying a fun Thanksgiving tradition."
