In response to escalating housing prices in Vietnam's cities, the Cloud House project in Ho Chi Minh City offers a solution for young singles and couples struggling with affordability. Situated in a narrow alley, the design features six loft-style suites and standard studios arranged innovatively within a 70 square-meter site. Emphasizing functionality, the project incorporates semi-public spaces that promote social interaction while providing necessary amenities. The design, characterized by a neutral palette and multifunctional furnishings, integrates nature into a dense urban environment, thereby enhancing the overall living experience for occupants.
The design proposal aims to enhance living quality by combining contemporary design with functionality, targeting affordability for young singles and couples in crowded urban settings.
Cloud House features loft-style private suites and multifunctional semi-public spaces, effectively utilizing a limited site while introducing a sense of nature amidst high-density surroundings.
