Mumu Hot Pot has opened its latest Bay Area restaurant at the Westfield Oakridge Mall in South San Jose, following a comprehensive renovation. The restaurant features a unique design with ventilation installed under each pot, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Guests can choose from five broths and create their meals from a variety of ingredients, including premium meats and seafood, many exclusive to this location. With ample seating for 200, Mumu Hot Pot also offers vegetarian options, craft beers, and specialty drinks, operating daily from late morning to evening.
A meal at Mumu begins with choosing among five flavors of broth: spicy-sour tom yum, sweet-soy sukiyaki, sweet-and-sour creamy tomato, Sichuan spicy or buttery extra-spicy.
Vegetarian add-ons include fresh tofu, fried tofu pods, and bean curd; spinach, Napa cabbage, broccoli, and king oyster mushrooms.
