FrankieLynn launched in 2022 with the motto “hot dogs for everyone,” serving grilled-to-order hot dogs with creative toppings made from local businesses. The cart built community wherever it parked, using products such as sauerkraut from Cleveland Kitchen, mustard from POP Mustard, ketchup from Cleveland Ketchup, hot pepper jam from Home Pantry, hot sauce from Fuego Fermentations, and buns from Leavened Bakery. The hot dogs are made by J & J Czuchraj Meats. Ventura and Lloyd Foust plan to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant at 2023 Broadview Rd. before year’s end, adding a retail section to sell and rotate local products and expanding the menu beyond hot dogs to include salads, sandwiches, and soups.
