I chugged water both mornings leading up to my flights. Frequent bathroom breaks aren't ideal on a flight, but being dehydrated is even worse... I made sure I boarded my long-haul flights hydrated.
I planned a comfortable layered outfit designed for all temperatures. Today, not so much. For many travelers, including myself, the main goal for a long-haul flight is comfort.
