Boeing's Starliner faced delays and technical issues before finally being ready for launch, emphasizing the importance of crew safety for NASA.
NASA's partnership with Boeing and SpaceX for constructing spacecraft for trips to the ISS has showcased different levels of success and setbacks.
"The lives of our crewmembers Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore are at stake - we don't take that lightly at all," said NASA associate administrator Jim Free.
"We are ready, the spacecraft's ready and the teams are ready," said astronaut Butch Wilmore, indicating readiness for the delayed launch.
