That's why Business Insider is launching its Rising Stars of Longevity list, to celebrate and acknowledge those in the longevity space outpacing their peers with meaningful, impactful work."
"We're looking for academics, translational scientists, clinician-scientists, and other experts who are producing exciting, rigorous, and evidence-based work that could help people live longer. Our definition is deliberately broad. Tell us about the VCs making thoughtful, science-driven investments in everything from new therapies to medical infrastructure, without getting distracted by hype. Who stands out to you for their work giving patients access to exciting, clinically proven, and ground-breaking therapies?"
Business Insider is launching the Rising Stars of Longevity list and is soliciting nominations through January 11, 2026. The list will recognize individuals across three categories: scientists conducting aging and healthspan research; venture capitalists making science-driven investments; and leaders of institutions expanding patient access to clinically proven therapies. Nominations should highlight rigorous, evidence-based work, smart investment strategies that avoid hype, and leaders facilitating patient access to breakthrough care. The nomination form accepts entries for academics, translational and clinician-scientists, VCs, and institutional leaders. Submissions aim to spotlight people outpacing peers with meaningful, impactful contributions to longevity and healthspan.
