Engineers discovered a delay in the recent launch attempt of Boeing's Starliner spacecraft due to three redundant computer racks being out of sync, halting liftoff 3 minutes and 50 seconds prior.
Boeing and NASA are rescheduling the launch for later in the week, following a series of setbacks including flammable tape, parachute problems, a faulty oxygen valve, and a helium leak.
