She's pursued several MLB stadium announcer jobs before, including being a finalist for the Chicago Cubs and Atlanta Braves, according to the SLO Tribune.
"I'm just going to be the best announcer for that stadium when I'm there, and I'm not thinking about auditioning," Silas told the SLO Tribune.
