A couple captains that we selected for this game Frankie Luvu. Some of the words I described for him were just relentless. The energy that he gives to our team, to the building is awesome.
Johnny Newton continues to gradually be brought back, and continues to have rest days during the practice week. Quinn said the rookie DT would be assessed again tomorrow to determine if he can play vs the Giants.
CB Emmanuel Forbes Jr was pulled from practice on Thursday due to a torn UCL in his thumb that required surgery today. He is not expected to miss a lot of time, but has been ruled out for Sunday's game.
