Jordan was a little bit surprised about the start since I never told him beforehand, but I knew he was going to have to play a lot. He managed to step up when we needed him.
Christian’s injury was something we had to monitor closely. Going into the game, I felt it was the right choice to rest him and let Jordan take charge.
The offseason has been challenging with various distractions due to the news cycles, but our players have done an incredible job in practice; they're focused and ready.
Scoring on eight of our ten possessions shows our consistency and ability to capitalize on opportunities. Brock did well managing the game without careless mistakes.
