I didn't want to just bulk up and try to gain as much weight as I can, I was smart about it. So I've still got to move and throw well.
Huge benefit. I think, obviously, the reps are important. I think it's been so impressive to see what he can do without those reps.
But he looks great, he feels great, he's talking great. Just happy he's our quarterback.
