"Dobbins leads the Chargers with 766 yards rushing - which ranks fourth in the AFC - and was a leading candidate for comeback player of the year after battling back from multi-season injuries," Harbaugh noted.
"Gus Edwards will now carry the load in the backfield, alongside rookie Kimani Vidal, who could get a chance to impress following Dobbins' injury," the coach mentioned.
"Dobbins' injury adds to the Chargers' rushing game struggles, with only 83 yards recorded in the recent game against the Ravens," the article highlighted.
