The iconic Transamerica Pyramid has recently undergone a $400 million revamp under its new owner, Michael Shvo, enhancing its historic presence in San Francisco.
Non-public events for the grand opening will include a discussion with Michael Shvo and Norman Foster and a special ‘Pyramid of Light and Sound’ show featuring music and laser graphics.
The revamp boasts a new lobby, restored redwood grove, and an outdoor sculpture garden with over 20 pieces by renowned artists Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne.
The installation at Redwood Park will feature whimsical animal figures and surreal human forms, marking the first of future art exhibitions at the Transamerica Pyramid Center.
