Two teenage girls rode their electric scooters into two San Francisco pedestrians and then punched them, an attack that caused broken bones, police said.The assault was reported at 3:54 p.m. on Feb. 12, a Sunday, at 18th and Dolores streets.Two people told officers that they were walking on 18th near Mission Dolores Park when the two teens rode into them, then got off the scooters and punched them.
