A suspect, 30-year-old Richmond resident Alexander Martinez, was arrested by the SFPD on suspicion of shooting a man outside El Capitan Hotel. The victim, reportedly a Venezuelan national, was shot on the sidewalk.
The victim, who has not been publicly identified yet, was on his first day on the job at Modern Hair Cuts barbershop next to the hotel entrance. He stumbled back into the barbershop after being shot.
