The shooting took place around 5:48 pm on the 1500 block of Burke Avenue, as KPIX reports. Police arrived on the scene and found a single victim suffering from a gunshot wound who was subsequently transported to the hospital."

Four people sustained gunshot wounds in a shooting around 5:48 pm on the 1500 block of Burke Avenue. Police found one victim on scene and transported that person to the hospital, while three other victims self-transported; injury severities have not been released. An emergency-management alert reported police activity near 22nd Street and Potrero Avenue, where officers saw a man firing a gun on the 1000 block of Potrero Avenue about 6:30 pm and arrested a suspect. Police have not linked the two incidents. A Bayview leader said the neighborhood feels neglected and lacks public-safety resources. Recent nearby shootings included a fatal double shooting in Hunters Point.
