Duncan McQuarrie, a 39-year-old Florida man, has been arrested for causing a fatal wrong-way crash in San Jose that killed a mother and son.
The victims, 47-year-old Rebecca Olsen and her 14-year-old son Charles, were pronounced dead at the scene after McQuarrie's head-on collision with their vehicle.
