TREBA is dedicated to improving public safety and cleanliness, aiming to transform the Tully Road-Eastridge corridor into a vibrant destination, benefiting nearly 500 businesses.

Christina Bui states, 'Now, with the BID, there's going to be a real opportunity to revitalize the area and make it a place we can all be proud of.'

The forecast for the first year of the district anticipates collections of $120,000 to fund key services, primarily focused on security and marketing efforts.
