OAKLAND A man who stabbed a fellow BART passenger with a cleaver as the train went through the Transbay Tube on Wednesday afternoon was arrested at the West Oakland station, authorities said.The transit agency reported that the stabbing victim was one of several people who ran through multiple cars of the train to escape the cleaver-wielding man as it traveled through the tunnel on the bottom of San Francisco Bay.
