The jury found a 63-year-old Newark man guilty of a hate crime against a Black woman and her three children during a road rage incident in May 2023.
Tracy Robert Blackwell, who was captured on cell phone video, yelled racial slurs and attempted to ram the woman's vehicle before crashing on the freeway.
