Every Sunday, from noon to 5 pm, Skatin' Place in Golden Gate Park becomes a vibrant hub for inline skaters and roller skaters, fueled by the infectious beats from the Godfather of Skate's mobile DJ unit, creating an ultimate roller disco experience.
The community aspect thrives at Skatin' Place, as every Sunday there's usually someone available to teach new skaters some choreographed dance moves, making it accessible for everyone to learn and enjoy the rhythmic skating culture.
