A Union Pacific freight train collided with a Cadillac at Amador Street and Cargo Way in Bayview, blocking the intersection. Witnesses reported that the Cadillac driver did not see the approaching train. Following the incident, which occurred late Thursday morning, the San Francisco Fire Department arrived to assist shortly after 11:27 a.m. The driver suffered minor injuries and was evaluated at the scene before being transported to a local hospital. The San Francisco Police Department is currently investigating the incident, which was classified as a low-speed collision.
