Between Sunday evening and Monday afternoon, officers responding to a well-being check near 19th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard located a man who appeared to match that description. The man, identified as 45-year-old Cassidy Wyatt Allen, was detained without incident and later booked on suspicion of murder. The investigation remains active.
