After noise complaint battle, SF restaurant can now stay open until 4 am

"When you step out at 9:30 or 10 p.m. sometimes on a Saturday and see that there's nobody, you are wondering what is happening," owner Marco Senghor told SFGATE.
"We are very friendly with people next door, they come, they give me a call if there are any issues, and we always respond," Senghor said. "We are friends, and they are patronizing the restaurant, so it's not like before when we didn't know each other."
Staying open until 4 a.m. will allow Bissap Baobab to capture the after-hours market in San Francisco, Senghor said, whether that's giving international musicians a place to host after-parties...
