"SAN FRANCISCO -- One person was killed and another was injured in a shooting in San Francisco's Mission District early Sunday morning. A 23-year-old man was arrested in Visitacion Valley shortly after the 12:25 a.m. shooting and accused of being the shooter. Police responded to the 3000 block of 16th Street after receiving calls about the shooting."
