SoMa Nights Community Engagement (SF)
Briefly

SOMA Nights is a series of community-focused events held every second and fourth Thursday in San Francisco's Folsom St. area, aimed at supporting small businesses threatened by ongoing construction. With the Streetscape Project endangering local legacy businesses, these monthly gatherings foster community connection through art, food, and cultural activities. Events feature over 20 small business vendors, live music, and special offerings from 5 PM to 9 PM, with the possibility of extended celebrations at nearby clubs until 2 AM. The initiative emphasizes inclusivity for all community members.
Join us for every second & fourth Thursday monthly art, food and cultural events on Folsom St (Between 6th-12th) and help support small businesses in need of support!
SOMA Nights aims to foster a sense of community by connecting residents and local businesses during the Folsom Streetscape Project which is putting multiple legacy businesses at risk of closing.
Our monthly events encourage collaboration and creativity bringing together local businesses who have operated in SOMA for the past 3 decades who need local support to survive through the major street construction.
This is an inclusive event for all ages and backgrounds. Walk the Folsom corridor and visit any other restaurants, bars, clubs, art galleries, studios paired with street pop up events.
