Spanning 7.3 square kilometers, the plan features ten-minute neighborhoods, climate-resilient infrastructure, and a significant focus on preserving the area's natural beauty. Plans include 12,000 residential units, extensive parks, retail spaces, and a six-kilometer public beach, ensuring Salalah remains a key destination, especially as its population grows towards 674,000 by 2040.
