NAR hires two new strategic communications leaders
Briefly

NAR has appointed Bennett Richardson and Raffi Williams to enhance its communications and advocacy strategies amid critical needs in the real estate industry. NAR CEO Nykia Wright emphasized their unique skills in shaping the organization’s voice to better educate members and the public on the value of Realtors in enabling homeownership. Richardson previously excelled in public affairs at Semafor and Google, while Williams brings a solid housing communication background from his roles in federal housing agencies. Together, they aim to improve trust and transparency in real estate communications.
As someone who has spent much of my career telling stories about how policy, business, and technology shape our world, I'm thrilled to join an organization with such a clear and important mission to empower our members to help more Americans access homeownership and build generational wealth through real estate.
This role represents a meaningful next step in my career within the housing and real estate industry; from my time at HUD to FHFA and now at NAR, I've seen firsthand how communications can shape public understanding and affect policy outcomes.
