"The home was built so that every room would have great views of the Pacific, the surrounding landscape, and even Catalina Island off in the distance," Thom says. "Every time I'm there, I see gliders, and horses, and goats that belong to the gorgeous One Gun Ranch, just below the home."
"The current owner loves to cook, so the kitchen is fantastic," Thom says, adding that it includes two Sub-Zero refrigerators, a granite-counter island with a warming drawer, a trash compactor, and a convection oven-"everything a serious home chef and entertainer could want."
