Ricky Pearsall, wide receiver for the 49ers, was shot in the chest during an attempted robbery for his Rolex watch, but is in stable condition.
The San Francisco Police Department stated that there was a struggle for the gun during the robbery, resulting in both the suspect and Pearsall sustaining injuries.
