Unbalanced housing policies, outdated laws, and skyrocketing costs have contributed to the current crisis, leaving average New Yorkers struggling to find affordable housing.
Housing providers and tenants ultimately share the same goal: safe, affordable, quality housing that is well-maintained and provides opportunity.
