The project along Mary Avenue will offer 40 affordable apartments, including 19 for individuals with developmental disabilities and 20 for low-income residents, at 50% or less of the area median income.
This collaboration involving Cupertino, Ko Architects, Charities Housing, and nonprofits aims to address the housing shortage for the disabled community, pending Cupertino City Council approval for construction starting November 2026.
