San Mateo County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 72-year-old masseur Enli Feng after an investigation into allegations of inappropriate touching of women during massages at a spa in San Carlos. The sheriff’s office began the investigation in February following a report that a male massage therapist touched a woman in an unwanted and inappropriate way. Investigators identified additional victims during the investigation. Deputies obtained an arrest warrant and Feng was jailed on Friday, where he was booked on charges including sexual battery by fraud, sexual battery, and theft by caretaker from an elder adult. Feng also provided massages in Millbrae and other Peninsula cities, and investigators believe additional victims may exist. People with information were asked to contact a sheriff’s detective.
