How to get to Bernie Sanders' Sacramento-area rally at Folsom Lake College
Briefly

Sen. Bernie Sanders' 'Fighting Oligarchy' tour includes a rally in Northern California, drawing an expected crowd of 10,000 to 15,000. The event, featuring Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Everett Kelley, will be held at Folsom Lake College. With past rallies successfully drawing tens of thousands, organizers have relocated from Auburn to Folsom to maximize attendance. Due to limited parking at the venue, attendees are encouraged to use public transport or alternative travel methods. The outdoor event will offer music, food options, and free water, with specific rules regarding bags and prohibited items.
"Parking is going to be challenging," said Kristy Hart, Communications and Public Information Officer for Folsom Lake College. "People should expect to do a little bit of walking to get into the venue."
The Northern California event was moved from Auburn to Folsom Lake College to accommodate a larger crowd, according to organizers.
Those planning to attend a rally featuring Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., in Northern California Tuesday evening should plan ahead for parking.
Everett Kelley, president of the American Federation of Government Employees, which represents more than 800,000 federal workers, will join Sanders and Ocasio-Cortez at the event.
