Shake Shack has shuttered its Oakland location as part of a culling of underperforming restaurants in three states, with nine locations set for closure.
The Uptown Oakland restaurant closed permanently on Aug. 27. However, locations in Walnut Creek and Bay Street Emeryville remain open despite the closures elsewhere.
