Opening day was absolutely nuts. We sold roughly 380 sandwiches, and we plan to bump that number up to at least 500 with the new system.
The 408 Smash has ground pork patty, caramelized onions, fried egg, Tapatio mayo, maple syrup, and American cheese on English muffin. Customers can add jalapeños for extra heat.
