"Defendant's use of the QUINCE Mark has caused and will continue to cause confusion, mistake, or deception, and creates an erroneous impression that Defendant's products have a connection, source, sponsorship, or affiliation with Plaintiff and its products and services," lawyers for the Michelin restaurant wrote.
Quince included the bad review in its cease and desist letter to Last Brand Inc., but claims that it was swiftly dismissed by Defendant as inconsequential.
